Face Brick and Masonry Sealer
- On any porous, such as pre-cast concrete walls, it will prevent algae growth and subsequent discoloration. On raw plaster surfaces, it will dramatically improve the adhesion and coverage of decorative paints.
- Always begin treating the surface from the highest point, working downwards.
- Immediately apply a second coat onto the still wet first coat, also working from the top down.
- Wipe off any overspray on glass surfaces as well as window & door frames.
- Be aware of wind direction during spray application.
- To ensure second coat penetration, apply when first coat is still wet.To achieve maximum penetration, avoid treating surfaces while warm and exposed to full sunlight.
- Do not apply onto wet surfaces.
- Do not apply prior to cementitious coatings.
- Clean up with warm soapy water.
- Do not apply if rain is imminent.
